I'm Vittoria

a New York born Italian. My work is the culmination of more than twenty years studying at the intersection of science, psychology and the body. 

I simplify complicated concepts and leverage body-based practices to support professional leadership development and lateral thinking through heightened personal awareness and agency.

In my experience of moving from corporate burnout to health and resilience, I have found counterintuitively, that it is the smallest actions that make the biggest waves and that it is often in rest that we find the clarity and courage to take action.
