If you would like to live more joyfully and have a greater sense of living fully, then you are in the right place!
In this 12 week one-on-one course you will learn to increase the capacity of your nervous system to move better, deepen sleep and eat in ways that work with your life. This practical and body-based program will provide you with the know-how and movement techniques to improve your mental and emotional well-being long term.
What can you expect?
Over the 12 weeks we will use different techniques to help you be embodied, centered, and grounded. I will help you implement simple, quick and time-tested tools to help you navigate stress, prevent negative thought loops and feel

- have more mental space.

What's Included?
- weekly 1hr movement sessions (in person or on zoom),
