5 Minutes of Me is a conscious coffee break. In this monthly subscription-based course I offer a mixture of brief daily guided practices that fit around any schedule delivered straight to your inbox.

What's Included

  • You get a weekly email (every Monday) with instructions for a 5 minute practice.
  • We meet every Wednesday at 18.30 CET on Zoom for a live practice and discussion.
  • The class will be hosted on Zoom where you will be interacting with other participants.
  • This group is limited in size to maintain personalization.
  • Each month we have a new topic that will inspire the interdisciplenary practices for the entire month.
  • Previous Topics have included: Healthy Boundaries, Intuitive Eating, Sleep Practices, Connection, Balance, Stress, Empowerment and many, many more!
What will I learn?

  • Take Home Practices: Each month you will receive an offering from which you can created your own personalized tool-kit of practices.
  • Insights and Self-Awareness: Individual and collective Aha moments will continue to inspire your practice and commitment to yourself.
  • Habits and Behavior Change: You will learn how best to integrate the practices into your unique day.  While the practices are aimed at a theme, their effects will have ripple effects in other areas of your life.

If you miss the live session, don’t worry – a recording will be emailed to you and available to download for 30 days.

Video guidance and emails are in English. The Zoom sessions will be in the language of the majority of those attending. (currently they are in Italian).
