Coaching is a one-on-one relationship to support you in doing your best work, accessing your own inner knowing and inner genius.  (I know, I know, your inner critic is cringing at the idea that you have an inner genius, but believe me it is there.)

I wouldn’t be where I am without the support of a coach. I’m excited to share the skills and strategies of the Presence Based Coaching approach and be the person to hold your hand as you identify, declare and develop a customized course of action to fulfill and meet your personal and leadership goals.

How Does it Work?

  • Sessions can be in person or Online
  • Sessions are One-on-One
  • Frequency is chosen based on need (normally weekly and then bi-monthly)
  • The coaching relationship normally lasts about 6 months
