Look after your sleep and it will look after you!
There is one thing that improves fitness, libido, skin tone, learning, memory, your resilience to stress, and overall performance …. SLEEP
Sleep has until recently not received the attention it deserves. What constitutes good sleep? What is enough sleep? What levers can we pull to support a good night’s sleep, especially when it is so obviously lacking?
This is where Sleep Therapy comes in!
What is Sleep Therapy?
Sleep Therapy is a course who’s value will pay you back in kind. We will explore all the reasons why sleep is so fundamental to our learning, cognitive function, stress resilience, creativity, performance and so much more. And, importantly we will extrapolate the measures of good sleep, and learn simple and easy to apply mecanisms and body-based practices to put the body in the best conditions for good sleep. Good sleep will allow you to feel
- motivated,
- calm,
- energised,
- focused,
- injury free and
- have all your resources at your disposal… even for the stressful moments of your day/life.
