After leaving the corporate world my career took a sharp left turn: my passion and 10-year practice of yoga became my profession. With each year of teaching I discovered tools to support happiness, resilience, confidence and fulfilment. And I kept finding that these traditional practices left many people feeling intimidated or excluded.
With the intention of reaching those people who would never attend a yoga class I transformed the performative and on the matt practice into bite-sized tools for personal growth and self-realization, practicable by anyone, anywhere.
What transpired from years of study is that the body IS central and it is in developing a relationship with it that people unlock well-being, motivation and happiness.

Biography
Because I believe I can only help others to the extent that I am willing to challenge and grow myself. I am dedicated to continuous learning through my own practice and on-going studies.
I hold a Bachelor’s in English and Italian Law, am a member of the New York State Bar Association, hold a diploma in Natural Nutrition, am a Yoga Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance since 2009 and am trained in Presence Based Coaching.
Through my work as a coach I am invited to host a variety of courses from building stress resilience to sleep for performance in Italy, the UK and the USA. I specialise in helping clients live their stress better, achieve more fulfilled lives and become better leaders at every level.
I am the author of “Yoga: Pratiche Semplice ed Efficaci per l’Equilibrio del Corpo e della Mente“ (Vallardi ed), a book for people looking for simple and accessible practices to support self-care, well-being and personal transformation.
